Impregnation

Impregnation is effective protection against water, salt deposits, growth of moss and UV rays. Constructions treated with impregnants are waterproof but remain permeable to air. While soaking into material, impregnants react with calcium that is in the cement, or with other materials and create insoluble silicate materials in the pore structure, thus increasing their strength.

Features and benefits:

  • Turns free lime and calcium carbonate into silicon – durable and waterproof material.
  • Highly resistant to most organic acids, fats, oil, short-term resistance to inorganic acids
  • Increases adhesion of epoxy coatings and paint
  • Increases longevity of exterior paint
